The tracking says my order has been delivered but I have not received it.

All of our parcels are sent out with tracking.

If you have been notified that your Saint + Sofia order has been delivered, we first recommend checking with your neighbours or in a safe place. 

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please get in contact with us at care@saintandsofia.com and a member of our Customer Concierge Team can start investigating this for you.
