USA -- Normal. No Delays.
Europe -- Normal. No Delays.
Australia -- Offline. Orders cannot be delivered.
Rest of World -- Offline. Orders cannot be delivered.
The Saint and Sofia family are working hard to ensure we are giving our customers the service they know. Our Customer Care Team continues to be online to help resolve any issues you may have with regards to your order, delivery or returns. Whatever your feedback our team are here to support.
Our Fulfillment Team in the UK and USA are split into teams in line with social distancing guidelines and to ensure your deliveries make their way to you and are still being dispatched same day. We are able to follow all UK and USA Federal and local government guidelines to fulfil your orders safely.
We are working closely with our courier partners, both in the UK and Internationally to make sure deliveries are not affected.
- UK orders with Royal Mail and DPD are operating as normal as possible and offering contactless delivery if you are self-isolating.
- Europe orders with Deutsche Post are operating as normal and we are not advised of any major restrictions.
- USA orders with DHL are still operating, and USPS have advised slight delays to residential service.
- Due to current restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders to Australia and New Zealand because of flight cancellations.
We are here to do whatever we can to help our community, customers and partners through the coming weeks.
